Available Alloys

The aluminium sign blanks are cut from aluminium sign sheet material of alloys 5052-H38 or 3105-H38.

Thicknesses

Minimum thickness of either 1.6 mm or 2.06 mm

Fabrication

Blanks are cut within a tolerance of 1 mm over the length or width of the blank.  The sign blanks are cut to size, corner radii and holes are punched and completely deburred. All blanks are degreased, and etched. The blanks are ready to accept reflective sign sheeting conforming to CGSB-62-GP-11M.

Packing

The blanks are bundled in quantities of no more than twenty (20) or forty-five  45) kg maximum weight per bundle and wrapped in brown paper. Each bundle is marked to show the sign blank number or size and the number of blanks in the bundle.
The blanks are shipped on pallets with a maximum weight of 900 kg.
